Anyone else have a problem buying a vent hose for a gas tank? The one I got from JC Whitney does NOT have the correct turns

If you look at the pic you can see how it's been cut closest to the S at the fitting. So I'm thinking of using it like this and just putting the hose clamp on really tight.Comment
