  • 02 mpg problem

    Hey guys.so I'm getting 11 is mpg.no lift just 31s I hear people getting 15ish mmpg.l what part or senders could be bad or going bad to cause this. It's a 02 4.0l auto transport any thing would help.i clean the air filter a ready and going to be putting a new tps on today

      It can be many thing. I don't know much about the 4.0 but I'd say it's not that bad?

      Did you noticed a change recently or it always been like that ?

      Check out your brake if one of them isn't stuck. Check out you headers as well.

        It's been like this scene I got it In mid September. It doesn't bother me just wouldn't mind more cash for upgrades. The brake are good.

            I really do hope you meant re-gear cause if you only regear the rear diff that's gonna blow... In all picture-able way but one.

            Gearing up will help you thought.

              I heard those rumors that regearing gets better mpg... regeared our jku and not a even a bit better. So don't hold out too much hope on that idea.
