  • AEV 2" budget boost

I purchased this kit second hand from Thomas Rak. This kit comes with 4 spacers, shock extensions and swaybar links. This kit is easy to do in your driveway and you can do it with hand tools, although air tools will speed up the process. Directions are simple to follow. In the 2012 model you need to remove the front brake line bracket which is a pain. I did purchase rear brake line drop brackets from a local shop to keep my ability to flex. For a starter kit this is good, that said I feel that a true spring lift would give you more flex. I do have to say I can flex very well.

Just as a follow up, i also wish this kit came with longer shocks instead of shock lift brackets. I feel if i have a failure somewhere, this would be the spot.
